While everyone goes through challenges, you don’t have to walk through these challenges alone. Sometimes it helps to have an ear to make us feel seen and heard, and who can experience our emotions with us. Together we can seek truth, freedom, and joy. Let’s walk through life’s challenges together.

I have experience working with kids, teens and adults dealing with identity questions, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I have additional training and experience working with couples and relationships - this is my bread and butter. I love seeing relationships, even if they're messy right now, move from survival mode to thriving.
