About Elizabeth

I’m Elizabeth, and I believe every person’s life is a patchwork of hard and beautiful moments. We exist in the tension between the two. My goal is to provide a safe place for anyone to come and share their story, so that together we can navigate the joys and deep pains we experience throughout life. Because shame is so often rooted in the human psyche, I strive to cultivate an environment of deep acceptance and understanding for the diversity of each individual experience.

In addition, I work with kids, teens, college students, and adults navigating a wide range of challenges. These include trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, depression, shame, and emotional regulation. Furthermore, I have additional experience working with OCD and anxiety. As a result, I would love to walk alongside anyone who is feeling the constraints that fear can produce.

Above all, I’m confident that growth and healing will look different for each person. For this reason, therapy should be a flexible process—one that prioritizes empowerment and equips you with tools to face daily challenges. As a therapist, I consider it a privilege to learn from each person who walks into my office. Truly, I am delighted to laugh, lament, and learn alongside you.
