About Me
My name is Jeff Brown and I am thankful that I get to do this work. I sit with clients in the middle of real life—helping them sort through what feels overwhelming, stuck, or unclear. They’re wondering “Which direction should I go? How will I be sustained?” I care deeply about people not just coping, but actually changing—growing in self-awareness, strengthening their relationships, and living with greater integrity and purpose.
My role as a therapist is to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface—your emotions, patterns, and relationships—so you can move forward with greater clarity. I work to create a space where you feel supported and able to be honest, while also offering thoughtful challenge when patterns or beliefs are keeping you stuck. Together, we identify practical tools and skills that help you manage emotions, communicate more effectively, and make meaningful changes in your life. I also see part of my role as simply being present with you in difficult moments, without rushing the process, so that real and lasting growth can take place. For those who desire it, I integrate a Christian perspective in a way that is thoughtful and personal. My greatest joys in life are my wife of 20 years and my two teenagers.
