Howdy, may name is Julia Lowrey and I have the pleasure of helping folks in College Station as a counselor.

While everyone goes through challenges, you don’t have to walk through these challenges alone. Sometimes it helps to have an extra ear like a counselor to make us feel seen and heard, and who can experience our emotions with us. Together we can seek truth, freedom, and joy. I have experience working with kids, teens and adults dealing with identity questions, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I have additional training and experience working with couples and relationships - this is my bread and butter. I love seeing relationships, even if they're messy right now, move from survival mode to thriving.
