As the Houston Director of Operations, my hope is to make sure every client feels comfortable and safe from their very first interaction with us at Rivers Edge Counseling and Wellness. Reaching out for counseling can feel like a big step, and I want that first phone call or email to feel less like a transaction and more like a warm welcome. When you connect with our office, we’d like to offer a bit of solace from the outside world.
As part of our Houston team, I’ll be there to help you navigate the details—answering questions about scheduling, insurance, intake paperwork, and what to expect in those early days. I’ll also work closely with you to help find the counselor or therapist best suited for your needs, whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, your marriage, or a loved one. Every client’s situation is different, and matching you with the right fit is one of the most important parts of my role.
My goal is to make the process as easy and quick as possible so that you can get the help you need without unnecessary delays or stress. Behind the scenes, I work alongside our therapists and leadership team to keep things running smoothly—so that by the time you walk into your first session, the focus can be entirely on you and your healing.
