About Me
Starting therapy can bring up a mix of emotions—uncertainty, fear, hope, even relief. Wherever you find yourself, I’m really glad you’re here. You may be in a season of life that feels overwhelming or unclear. Maybe you’re exhausted from trying to hold everything together, or perhaps your child needs a safe space to process, grow, and heal. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I would be honored to come alongside you (or your child) and offer a supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. I work with children, teens, and families navigating communication challenges, as well as individuals seeking support with grief, trauma, boundary-setting, and parenting. My approach is integrative and tailored to each client, drawing from a variety of evidence-based techniques. I’m especially passionate about helping both kids and adults better understand their emotions and learn how to express them in healthy, meaningful ways.
I value a healthy work-life balance and try to live that out in my own life, grounded in my faith. When I’m not in session, I’m often savoring a quiet cup of coffee with my husband, out on a walk with my kiddo and our sweet pup, Maverick, experimenting with a new from-scratch recipe (usually sourdough!), or gathered around the table with friends and family.
