About Me

I’m Roger Gonzales, a counselor who is passionate about helping people move through the places in life where they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to do next. If you’re trying to make sense of your story whether that involves anxiety, past experiences, relationships, or a general sense that something feels off. I work with you to slow things down and bring clarity to what’s going on. Many of the people I work with are tired of feeling like they’re always pushing, trying to figure things out, and never quite feeling settled. 

My role is to walk alongside you and help you see things more clearly. We usually start by recognizing patterns, how you think, how you react, what keeps repeating and begin to name what’s true underneath all of that. From there, we work on helping you reclaim your voice and build something new that fits your life. I try to keep sessions calm and straightforward, and we build tools you can use outside of session. Over time, the goal is real change you can feel day-to-day, not just insight that stays in the room.

If you want to bring your faith into the process, I’m open to that, and we can integrate it in a way that feels honest and not forced. A lot of the work I do focuses on helping people step out of a constant cycle of doing, fixing, and overthinking, and into a more grounded way of living. As you begin to understand yourself more clearly, you will respond with intention, feel more present in your life, and experience a greater sense of stability. My goal is to help you find your way there.
