About Me

“Vulnerability is the source of hope, empathy, accountability, and authenticity. If we want greater clarity or deeper, more meaningful spiritual lives, vulnerability is the path.” – Brené Brown

If you’re ready to embrace vulnerability and are seeking a safe, nonjudgmental, and compassionate space founded on trust and connection, you’re in the right place. My passion is helping people navigate their unique stories, face challenges with courage, and discover resilience and redemption along the way. I believe healing begins when we feel truly seen and supported, so from your very first session, I make every effort to create that environment for you.

Wherever you find yourself on this journey, seeking support is a brave step and it would be an honor to walk alongside you. Whether you’re facing obstacles, navigating life transitions, or longing for greater peace, I am committed to walking that out with you. My hope is that together we’ll uncover a renewed belief in the innate goodness and fullness of life that awaits you.

Your First Session

You can expect our first session to feel relaxed and conversational. My goal is to listen closely and understand your story, while helping you feel comfortable and supported from the start. Together, we’ll identify the areas where you’d like to see growth and begin forming a plan for healing, resilience, and hope.

Areas of Focus

With more than 20 years of experience serving teenagers and college students through Young Life, I’ve gained a deep understanding of walking alongside others through seasons of discovery, growth, pain, identity formation, and change. I am skilled at integrating biblical truth into the counseling process for those who desire it, while also enjoying working with clients who prefer a non-spiritual approach. My heart is to meet you exactly where you are and tailor our work together to your unique needs.

Married for 25 years and a mom of four (ages 10 to 23), I understand the unique challenges and joys that come with different stages of life, marriage, and parenting. I especially enjoy supporting women and mothers as they navigate transitions, relationships, and self-discovery.

I enjoy working with:

  • Teenagers & College Students – drawing on 20+ years of experience in Young Life
  • Women & Mothers – navigating transitions, relationships, and self-discovery
  • Individuals seeking to integrate biblical truth into counseling (as desired)
  • Clients preferring a non-spiritual approach

When I’m Not Seeing Clients

You’ll often find me spending time with my family, watching my kids play sports, hanging out with my Young Life girls, or connecting with friends over good conversation. I love creating space for meaningful connection through shared meals, adventures, or simply being present with the people I care about.
