About Me

As a therapist, I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable bringing your whole self at your own pace, without pressure or judgment, knowing you don’t have to navigate things alone. From this foundation we build together, we can begin to explore patterns shaped by past experiences, relationships, and the ways you’ve learned to cope, especially those that may no longer serve you. I approach this work with curiosity and collaboration, offering reflections, asking thoughtful questions, and at times gently challenging you as we move toward greater clarity, freedom, and meaningful change in your life and relationships.

Prior to counseling, I worked with high school and college students as well as individuals transitioning out of chronic homelessness. It was in these spaces that I discovered a deep love for hearing people’s stories, which ultimately led me to pursue counseling. I have a particular passion for supporting clients who are grieving, honoring the tender and often complex emotions that come with loss. I am also trained to thoughtfully integrate spirituality for those who desire it. Outside of the counseling room, you can find me experimenting with a new recipe, watching a morning movie, or daydreaming about my next trip.
